✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and labels are still attached
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or personal item (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

🔁 Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved and processed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and provide a return label.
  • Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Undergarments or swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 14 days

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@cheapish.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Post the item back to our return address (provided in email)
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
